Exchange and Refund


1. Exchange of goods


All purchased goods in our store are subject to exchange, subject to the following conditions:


1.1 If the product did not fit or there are other reasons not related to the marriage
-The presentation has been preserved, namely there are no mechanical damages (chips, cracks, scratches, dents, etc.)
-The product has retained its consumer functions, the product can be used for its intended purpose without additional intervention, namely repair or replacement of any parts.
-The factory packaging in which the goods were delivered to the buyer has been preserved.

Subject to the above conditions, in order to exchange the purchased goods, the buyer writes an application in free form in electronic or paper form, after the application is sent, our manager will contact the buyer (in the same way that the application was sent, if the buyer does not specify other ways to contact him) and clarify the details of the exchange. The response to the application is received no later than 3 days from the moment it is received by the store. The costs associated with the shipment of the goods in this case are borne by the buyer.  
The application should be sent electronically to our email address specified in the contacts section.

1.2 If the purchased product turned out to be defective or otherwise defective, in which it is fully or partially unable to perform its consumer functions
In order to exchange the purchased goods with a defect or other defect, the buyer writes an application in free form in electronic or paper form, after the application is sent, our manager will contact the buyer (in the same way that the application was sent, if the buyer does not specify other ways to contact him) and clarify the details of the exchange. The response to the application is received no later than 3 days from the moment it is received by the store. The costs associated with sending the goods in this case are borne by the store.

1.3 The exchange of goods is carried out for a similar or equal value without additional costs and surcharges on the part of the buyer. If the buyer decides to exchange the goods for another higher value, then he makes an additional payment of the required amount in a convenient way, if the value of the goods is less, the difference will be returned to the buyer in cash (no later than 3 days from the date of exchange) or to a bank card (no later than 7 days from the date of exchange) in depending on the payment method that he used when paying for the order.  

2. Return Of The Goods
